A Letter From Our Executive Director - March 2020

A Letter From Our Executive Director - March 2020

2020 has started off with a bang for the WI Veterans Chamber. Our Command Post entrepreneurs received free laptops thanks to US Bank and their partnership with Tech for Troops. Our Command Post-program continues to grow thanks to the ongoing support from our members and the community. Our Milwaukee Veterans Chamber Muster had close to 100 attendees in January followed by our 1st Annual Veterans Executive Reception Dinner. This March, we have planned events in Green Bay, Janesville, and Milwaukee. The Veterans Chamber staff will continue to expand our reach throughout the state this year. Keep a lookout for our events, and let us know if you would like to host an event at your business.

In the next few weeks, you will hear about our launch with the Growth Zone. This CRM platform will allow us to offer more benefits for our members and will allow more personalization for our members and their business listings. Once we are up and running, a separate email will be sent out to all the members to guide you step-by-step with this new platform.

With this exciting growth, we have decided that we need to take the next leap and start to charge a low rate for our events. In previous years, some of our quarterly events were free and some had a cost.  Now in 2020, members can attend quarterly events for $15.00 and nonmembers at $25.00.

We thank you for your continued support for the WI Veterans Chamber. This allows us to keep growing so we can expand our reach throughout the state, provide more benefits to our members and fulfill our vision: For Wisconsin to be the best state for veterans and their families to live in.
