Demystify the VA Home Loan
Demystify the VA Home Loan
We’ve heard from many people in the real estate industry that using a VA Home Loan pre-approval makes your offer to purchase less favorable than other offers. Well, our experts are here to tell you why that’s just not true.
A VA Home Loan can help service members, veterans, and eligible surviving spouses become homeowners. The VA provides a home loan guaranty (and other housing-related programs) to help veterans buy, build, repair, retain, or adapt a home for personal occupancy. Because the VA guarantees a portion of the loan, lenders are able to provide buyers with more favorable rates and terms.
No veteran or surviving spouse should be talked out of using their earned benefits due to misconceptions. Industry professionals should take this opportunity to master the craft of the VA Home Loan and confidently help veterans become homeowners throughout Wisconsin.
This session will take place in Room 3 inside the Business Expo at 2:00 p.m.
