What We Do

The Wisconsin Veterans Chamber of Commerce serves veterans and military families by providing resources to support veteran owned and veteran friendly businesses across Wisconsin. We are the voice of Wisconsin’s veteran business community, dedicated to improving the business climate for military veterans and their allies.

The Veterans Chamber brings together veterans, businesses, and community leaders around business development, workforce development, and community support to ensure the success of Wisconsin veterans.

On behalf of our members we serve as an advocate for Wisconsin’s veteran business community, and promote economic opportunity for military veterans, military families, and veteran-friendly businesses

This all-veteran art show is a fundraiser in celebration and support of connecting veterans with artistic expression.

Quarterly Events

MORNING FORMATION MUSTERS VETERANS IN THE WORKFORCE CORPORATE ROUNDTABLE

Business Owners gain access to resources and knowledge to help them keep their business growing and strong.

Casual Networking of Members and non-Members who seek to grow their business and support fellow veterans professionally.

The “Why’s and How’s” on hiring veterans; geared to HR Professionals and business owners.

An active group of veteran/military ERG’s gather to discuss best practices, strategy and supporting fellow veteran co-workers and employees.

The quarterly event series are just the beginning.  We also host events focused on Supplier Diversity and Contracting, quarterly Veterans Professional Resource Group meet ups, and government relations events to meet our elected officials.  We're growing our women veterans network through hosting Women Veterans in Action events as well.  There are new events each quarter in an ongoing attempt to add value to the diverse needs and interests of our larger veteran community.

Programs

The Veteran Young Professionals Resource Group provides military veterans with networking and social events, educational resources, and professional development opportunities and tools to assist in the transition from the military to a career.

Our “Proud to Serve You” campaign promotes veteran-owned and veteran-friendly businesses across the state. Explore our business directory to find a member business near you.

The Command Post is Wisconsin's only co-working program exclusively dedicated to veteran-owned startups. Located at Ward4 in the historic Pritzlaff Building, the Command Post offers veteran entrepreneurs the resources, education, and support they need to successfully start their businesses.
